Bridging Continents With Compassionate Care

In 2009, the medical director of a hospital referred me to train as a dialysis nurse, a role I embraced until 2012. After moving to Canada, I started as PSW, then obtained my registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario and have worked in various settings, including retirement homes, Alzheimer’s special units, hospice palliative care, and home care.

My passion for nursing led me to serve First Nation communities in Northern Ontario reserves, where I discovered my calling in foot care. This experience motivated me to pursue advanced foot care training and certification. In 2023, I also received my Nephrology Certification in Ontario.

Now, as a certified Advanced foot care nurse, I am dedicated to providing top-quality foot health services, inspired by my experiences in the North and committed to extending my care to the South as well.

During my advanced foot care training, I observed numerous emerging health issues related to poor foot health, especially among the elderly. This experience highlighted the importance of well-maintained and monitored feet in preventing various complications.

Recognizing the critical role that proper foot care plays in overall health, I was motivated to create Cornwall's Happy Feet- Foot Health. My goal is to provide specialized foot care services that help clients maintain their foot health, avoid potential issues, and improve their overall well-being.
